Passport and Visa

When you choose India as the travel destination then it is important to know that you need a visa to enter the country. People travelling from different parts of the world to India are required to have passport and visa signed by authorities. In addition, tourists should have visa with permission in case they are planning to visit and explore restricted areas such as Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Sikkim and Ladakh among others.

If your travel plan includes a visit Bhutan or Nepal and requires you to return to India so that you can take international flight for home or further tour in India, you are required to apply for multiple or double entry Indian Visa. Also, there is requirement of Visa to enter Bhutan and Nepal.
